杨柏儒，博士，中山大学教授、博士生导师、国际信息显示学会会士（SID Fellow）、美国光学学会会士（Optica Fellow）。毕业于中国台湾的交通大学（博士、学士学位）与清华大学（硕士学位）。曾在英国牛津大学、日本东北大学任博士级研究员。2012年自美国硅谷科技公司SiPix-E ink引进回国，加入中山大学光电材料与技术全国重点实验室、广东省显示材料重点实验室。

Boru Yang, Ph.D., is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Sun Yat-sen University, a Fellow of the Society for Information Display (SID Fellow), and a Fellow of Optica (Optica Fellow). He obtained his Bachelor’s and Doctoral degrees from National Chiao Tung University, and his Master’s degree from National Tsing Hua University, both located in Taiwan, China. He has previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and Tohoku University in Japan. In 2012, he returned to China after being recruited from SiPix-E ink, a technology company in Silicon Valley, USA, and joined the State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Materials and Technologies (Sun Yat-sen University) and the Key Laboratory of Display Materials and Technologies of Guangdong Province.
