Juan Liu(刘娟)
刘娟 Juan Liu 北京理工大学,教授 Beijing Institute of Technology,Professor Juan Liu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, School of Optics and Photonics, Beijing Institute of Technology; Optica Fellow, The Optical Society of America; Ph.D. from Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of 3D display, holography, and diffractive optics. She has undertaken more than 30 projects, including the Regional United Key Projects and General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the 973 and 863 Programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Key R&D Programs, projects of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and joint industrial development projects. She also serves as Deputy Director of the Technical Committee on Holography and Optical Information Processing, Chinese Optical Society; Member of the Society for Information Display (SID); Chair of the AR/VR Thematic Committee of SID China; Executive Editor-in-Chief of Optical Technology; and Editorial Board Member of the international journal Optik. Previously, she was an Editorial Board Member of the international journal Applied Optics (2014-2020), General Chair of the Digital Holography Conference (DH, 2019-2020), and Chair of the international conference OIT-1 (2019-2024). She has published over 200 papers in international optical journals such as Nature Communications, Scientific Reports, Applied Physics Letters, and Optics Letters. Some of her achievements have been selected as ESI Hot Papers and Highly Cited Papers by Springer Nature. She has filed more than 70 invention patent applications, with over 50 granted. She teaches courses including Physical Optics, Physical Optics Course Practice, Introduction to Fourier Optics, and parts of Advances in Modern Optics. She has supervised more than 70 master's graduates and over 30 doctoral graduates, and currently mentors more than 20 master's and doctoral candidates. |
