潘君友，浙江光昊光电科技有限公司董事长兼CTO。在德国拜伊罗特大学物理系获博士学位。曾在SIEMENS子公司EPCOS担任表面波器件部产品设计部经理。2003年加入Merck集团, 担任材料研究中心实验室主任，从事OLED新材料开发。2013年加盟TCL集团，担任TCL工研院副总工程师，2014年创立广州华睿光电材料有限公司并担任总经理。2020年创立浙江光昊光电科技有限公司，并担任董事长兼CTO。2015年广东省珠江团队第一核心成员。2016年广州市创新团队带头人。2017年国家重点研发计划重点专项“印刷OLED显示材料产业化示范”首席科学家。2019年获广州市高层次人才杰出专家称号；2020年获广东省专利金奖。

Luke Pan, Chairman and CTO of Zhejiang Bright Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He once served as Product Design Manager of the Surface Wave Device Department at EPCOS, a subsidiary of SIEMENS. In 2003, he joined the Merck Group as Director of the Laboratory at the Materials Research Center, focusing on the development of new OLED materials. In 2013, he joined TCL Group and worked as Deputy Chief Engineer of TCL Industrial Research Institute. In 2014, he founded Guangzhou Huarui Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. and served as General Manager. In 2020, he established Zhejiang Bright Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., acting as its Chairman and CTO. In 2015, he was the Core Member of the Pearl River Team in Guangdong Province. In 2016, he served as Leader of the Innovation Team in Guangzhou. In 2017, he took on the role of Chief Scientist for the Key Special Project "Industrialization Demonstration of Printed OLED Display Materials" under the National Key Research and Development Program. In 2019, he was honored with the title of Distinguished Expert among High-level Talents in Guangzhou. In 2020, he won the Guangdong Provincial Patent Gold Award.
