Erin is a seasoned leader in the AR/VR industry with over 25 years of experience driving product development and business development across corporate and start-up environments. Currently, Erin spearheads the AR/VR business development operations at FlexEnable, where she oversees commercial programs with some of the world’s biggest brands in consumer electronics.

In her previous role at 3M, she successfully started and scaled the company’s AR/VR business by providing critical optical components to leading consumer electronics OEMs and supply chain partners. Notably, 3M’s innovations pancake optics design and materials are used by almost all VR brands.

Erin has over 50 patents in AR/VR optics and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
