钟海政 Haizheng Zhong 北京理工大学,教授 Beijing Institute of Technology,Professor 钟海政,北京理工大学材料学院,教授、博导(材料科学与工程、光学工程),Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters执行主编,致晶科技(北京)有限公司创始人、首席科学家。先后在吉林大学、中国科学院化学研究所、加州大学洛杉矶分校、多伦多大学学习和从事博士后研究,2010年加入北京理工大学材料学院,2013年破格晋升为教授。先后入选人事部留学归国择优资助(2012)、北京市青年英才(2013)、北京市科技新星(2014)、国家自然科学优秀青年基金(2017)等人才计划支持。主要从事量子点应用研究,已经发表学术论文200余篇,被Google引用20000余次。入选2020年和2021年Elsevier “中国高被引学者”,申请中国专利100余项,提交PCT专利申请3项,为3本专著撰写章节,在包括美国SID显示年会、日本IDW显示技术年会、韩国IMID显示技术年会、“欧洲显示2015年会”、IEEE Photonics 2018年会等重要国内外会议上做邀请报告30余次。2018年获得北京市科学技术奖励二等奖(排名2/10),2019年获得日本IDW显示技术最佳论文奖。所发明的钙钛矿量子点原位制备技术进入量产阶段。 经过30年的发展,电致发光QLED原型器件的效率和稳定性都取得了巨大的进步,接近了产业化的需求。同时,国内外显示龙头企业相继推出QLED电致发光的显示样机。随着产业化的临近,器件稳定性的问题日益突出,特别是运行和放置过程的正向老化带来的一致性问题非常突出。本报告主要报告国内外学术界在QLED器件分析方面的研究进展,特别是瞬态发光、电化学阻抗、机器学习等方法,为进一步聚焦力量,解决QLED产业化的技术问题提供参考。 Haizheng Zhong, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor (Materials Science and Engineering, Optical Engineering) at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, serves as Executive Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters and is the Founder and Chief Scientist of Zhijing Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Having received his academic training and conducted postdoctoral research successively at Jilin University, the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Toronto, he joined the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2010 and was exceptionally promoted to Professor in 2013. He has been selected for a series of prestigious talent programs, including the Overseas Returnee Talent Excellence Funding by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (2012), the Beijing Young Elite Talent Program (2013), the Beijing Science and Technology Nova Program (2014), and the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Excellent Young Scholars (2017). With his main research focus on quantum dot applications, he has published more than 200 academic papers that have been cited over 20,000 times on Google Scholar, was named an Elsevier China Highly Cited Researcher in both 2020 and 2021, filed more than 100 Chinese patent applications and 3 PCT patent applications, and contributed chapters to 3 monographs. He has also delivered over 30 invited talks at major domestic and international conferences such as the SID Display Week (USA), IDW Display Technology Conference (Japan), IMID Display Technology Conference (Korea), Display Week Europe 2015, and IEEE Photonics 2018. His accolades include the Second Class Award of Beijing Science and Technology Progress (2018, ranked 2nd among 10 contributors) and the Best Paper Award at Japan’s IDW Display Technology Conference (2019), and the in-situ preparation technology for perovskite quantum dots invented by him has entered the mass production stage. With the rapid improvements in both of the external quantum efficiency and operating lifetimes of QLEDs, it approaches to the gate of industrialization for flat display applications. As one of the most important challenges, the operational stability of QLED limited the industrial applications of OLEDs. In the past few years, we have tried to investigate the operation of QLEDs. In this talk, I will introduce recent progress of the methodology, models and material characterization for device analysis. I hope the talk can inspire more efforts to promote the industrialization of QLEDs. |
