Prof. Zhang has dedicated more than 30 years to advancing AMD technologies. He has authored over 500 publications and secured more than 150 invention patents in this field. He has also served as the editors for IEEE EDL and JID, overseeing areas including thin-film transistors (TFTs), displays, and sensors.
