沈文江博士长期从事微机电系统（MEMS）扫描微镜的科研与应用工作。他研发的大口径 MEMS 扫描微镜产品通过了 AEC-Q100 车规认证，已成功应用于乘用车激光雷达和机器人激光雷达系统。此外，沈博士还依托 MEMS 扫描微镜技术，开发出适用于车载近场显示等场景的激光束扫描（LBS）显示系统。

Dr. Shen has long been engaged in the research and application of MEMS scanning micromirrors. He developed a large-aperture MEMS scanning micromirror that passed the AEC-Q100 automotive standard certification, which has been applied in passenger vehicle LiDAR and robotic LiDAR systems. Utilizing MEMS scanning micromirrors, Dr. Shen also developed laser beam scanning (LBS) display systems for applications such as automotive near field display scenarios.
