柴诚哲,本科毕业于中国科学技术大学少年班学院,2020年在中国科学技术大学获得工学博士学位,光学工程专业。博士期间主要从事回音壁微腔相关的研究。博士毕业后在宁波舜宇车载光学技术有限公司任光学设计工程师,从事微纳光学的相关设计工作。2022年6月在宁波甬江实验室从事博士后相关研究工作,负责全息光波导的研究工作,实现了体全息二维扩瞳光波导。目前在宁波甬江实验室新型显示与感知研究中心任副研究员,主要的研究方向为体全息光学元件在近眼显示中的应用。发表相关高水平论文6篇,已授权相关专利8件。

在舜宇公司负责车载相关微纳产品的开发;在甬江实验室主导全息光波导的开发,带领团队开展光学设计、全息制备、测试与材料开发等工作。

ChengzheChai received his undergraduate degree from the University of Science andTechnology of China (USTC), and received his PhD degree in 2020 from USTC,majoring in Optical Engineering. During his Ph.D., he was mainly engaged in theresearch related to WGM. After his PhD, he worked as an optical design engineerin Ningbo Sunny Automotive Optec and was engaged in the design of micro-nanooptics, and in June 2022, he was engaged in the postdoctoral research in NingboYongjiang Laboratory and was responsible for the research of holographicoptical waveguide, which realized the volume holographic 2D eyebox expansionoptical waveguide. Currently, he is working as an associate researcher inNingbo Yongjiang Laboratory, and his main research direction is the applicationof volume holographic optical elements in near-eye display. He has published 6high level papers, and has been authorized 8 patents.

He is responsible for the development of vehicle-mounted related micro-nano products at Sunny Optical Technology Co., Ltd. He leads the development of holographic optical waveguides at Yongjiang Laboratory, and heads the team in carrying out work such as optical design, holographic preparation, testing and material development.
