长期致力于四齿环金属铂系窄光谱蓝光磷光材料的分子设计、高效合成、结构表征、发光机制、及在OLED中的应用研究。在Nat. Photonics、Adv. Mater.、Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等期刊上发表研究论文60余篇；已获得授权发明专利134项，包括中国发明专利78项、美国发明专利40项、欧洲发明专利5项、日本发明专利8项、韩国发明专利3项。

He has long been committed to the research on molecular design, efficient synthesis, structural characterization, luminescence mechanism of tetradentate cyclometalated platinum-based narrow-spectrum blue phosphorescent materials and their applications in OLEDs.

He has published more than 60 research papers in journals including Nat. Photonics, Adv. Mater., Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc. and Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; and obtained 134 authorized invention patents, including 78 Chinese invention patents, 40 U.S. invention patents, 5 European invention patents, 8 Japanese invention patents and 3 Korean invention patents.
