张敏教授于2006年获得香港科技大学电机及电子工程学系博士学位。拥有19年微电子器件及显示的研究经验。曾任职于晶门科技（香港），与全球知名企业共同研发先进半导体器件用于显示驱动；自2012年于北京大学信息工程学院担任教职，并担任薄膜晶体管与先进显示实验室副主任、纳米电子与柔性电子实验室创始人等职位；后加入香港应用科技研究院任职总监。目前于香港中文大学（深圳）担任教授。已发表同行评审论文160余篇，出版专著1部，撰写书章4章，获授权专利20余项。受邀在多个知名会议上做邀请报告和授课。已主持包括国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市基础研究布局项目、深圳市级技术创新项目、企业合作项目等15项。作为主要研究人员参与包括国家重大专项在内的国家及省部级项目近10项。多次在著名国际会议上担任会议组委会成员，并担任多个著名期刊的审稿人。张教授是IEEE高级会员，并曾担任IEEE电子器件和固态电路学会深圳联合分会财长; SID北京分会技术委员会委员。张敏教授获得教育部技术发明一等奖等多项奖项，还获得广东省及深圳市的人才称号。

Professor Min Zhang obtained a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006. The professor has 19 years of research experience in microelectronic devices and displays.

Professor Zhang once worked at Solomon Systech (Hong Kong), where the professor co-developed advanced semiconductor devices for display driving with world-renowned enterprises. Since 2012, Professor Zhang has held a faculty position at the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University, serving as Deputy Director of the Thin-Film Transistor and Advanced Display Laboratory and Founder of the Nanoelectronics and Flexible Electronics Laboratory. Later, Professor Zhang joined the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute as a Director. Currently, the professor is a Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

Professor Zhang has published more than 160 peer-reviewed papers, authored 1 monograph and contributed 4 book chapters, and holds over 20 authorized patents. Professor Zhang has been invited to deliver keynote speeches and give lectures at numerous prestigious conferences. The professor has presided over 15 projects, including projects under the National Key R&D Program, General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shenzhen Basic Research Layout Projects, Shenzhen Municipal Technological Innovation Projects, and industry-university collaboration projects. As a core researcher, Professor Zhang has participated in nearly 10 national and provincial-level projects, including national major special projects.

The professor has served multiple times as a member of the organizing committee for prominent international conferences and acts as a reviewer for a number of well-known academic journals. Professor Zhang is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Professor Zhang once held the position of Treasurer of the Shenzhen Joint Chapter of the IEEE Electron Devices Society and Solid-State Circuits Society, and was a Member of the Technical Committee of the Society for Information Display (SID) Beijing Chapter.

Professor Zhang has received many awards including the First-Class Award for Technological Invention issued by the Ministry of Education, and has also been honored with several talent titles granted by Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Municipality.
