卢卫芳 Weifang Lu 厦门大学,副教授 Xiamen University,Associate Professor 卢卫芳博士围绕Micro/Nano-LED中的效率衰减、边缘效应等关键科学问题,通过设计核-壳纳米线结构,实现了高质量GaN纳米材料的自下而上MOCVD选区外延生长与波长调控,显著提升了器件性能;针对器件微型化引发的导热挑战,通过掺杂及纳米结构界面的优化,并深入研究缺陷的形成机理。研究成果已在包括Nature和Nanophotonics等在内的国际学术期刊发表论文55篇;在第八届CGCT国际晶体生长会议荣获“CGCT Young Scientist Award”;入选厦门大学青年拔尖人才支持计划B类、厦门市及福建省高层次人才计划B类,福建省创新创业“百人计划“,厦门市双百计划创新团队。主持科技部重点研发计划“新型显示与战略性电子材料”专项课题及国家自然科学基金青年项目等8项科研项目。 Dr. Weifang Lu has focused on key scientific issues such as efficiency roll-off and edge effects in Micro/Nano-LEDs. By designing core-shell nanowire structures, she has realized the bottom-up site-selective MOCVD epitaxial growth and wavelength tuning of high-quality GaN nanomaterials, which significantly enhanced the device performance. To address the thermal conductivity challenges caused by device miniaturization, she has carried out in-depth research on the formation mechanism of defects, coupled with the optimization of doping and nanostructured interfaces. Her research findings have been published in 55 papers in international academic journals including Nature and Nanophotonics. She was awarded the CGCT Young Scientist Award at the 8th International Conference on Crystal Growth & Characterization (CGCT). She has been selected for multiple talent programs, including the Tier B Young Top Talent Program of Xiamen University, the Tier B High-level Talent Program of Xiamen City and Fujian Province, the Fujian Provincial "Hundred Talents Program" for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the Innovation Team of Xiamen Double-Hundred Talent Program. She presides over 8 research projects, including the special project of the National Key R&D Program of China on "New Display and Strategic Electronic Materials" and the Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. |
