刘艳玲毕业于上海大学硕士研究生。深耕电子显示行业十余年，核心聚焦电子显示技术、显示产品测试评价及标准化研究领域，现担任国际电工委员会电子显示技术委员会（IEC TC110）注册专家与全国纳米技术标准化技术委员会纳米光电显示工作组委员。在标准化工作方面，她成果丰硕，参与制定 2 项国际标准（围绕 OLED 显示、柔性显示测试方法，涉及残影测量、寿命评估等关键方向）、3 项国家标准（含GB/T 43787-2024《曲面有机发光二极管（OLED）光源光学性能测试方法》与 GB/T 38001.53-2024《柔性显示器件 第 5-3 部分：目视评价方法》，另外2 项行业标准，其参与的标准多填补细分领域空白，推动国内显示标准与国际接轨。

Yanling Liu holds a Master’s degree from Shanghai University. With over a decade of dedicated expertise in the electronic display industry, her research focuses on electronic display technologies, display product testing and evaluation, and standardization studies. Currently, she serves as a Registered Expert of IEC TC110 (Technical Committee on Electronic Displays) and a Committee Member of the Nano-Optoeletronic Display Working Group under SAC/TC279.

In the field of standardization, Ms. Liu has achieved significant accomplishments. She has participated in the formulation of 2 international standards (focused on OLED and flexible display testing methods, covering key technical areas such as afterimage measurement and lifetime assessment), 3 national standards and 2 industry standards. Most of these standards address technical gaps in niche segments, promoting the alignment of domestic display standards with international benchmarks.
