Rihui Yao(姚日晖)姚日晖 Rihui Yao 华南理工大学,教授 South China University of Technology,Professor 姚日晖,2008年毕业于中山大学光电材料与器件国家重点实验室。现就职于华南理工材料科学与工程学院、华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室,主要从事光电材料与器件、新型显示器件等方面的研究。目前承担《光电技术》、《光电显示技术》、《半导体照明技术》等本科课程教学,担任光电材料与器件国家级虚拟仿真实验中心常务副主任。获第广东教育教学成果奖(高等教育)一等奖2项,二等奖1项; 广东省科学技术奖一等奖1项,广东省科学技术进步三等奖1项。 专注于氧化物TFT器件、柔性印刷TFT器件等方面的研究,发表科研论文超过100篇。 Rihui Yao graduated from the State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Materials and Technologies, Sun Yat-sen University in 2008. He is currently affiliated with the School of Materials Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, and the State Key Laboratory of Luminescent Materials and Devices, South China University of Technology, focusing on research in optoelectronic materials and devices, and emerging display devices. He undertakes the teaching of undergraduate courses including Optoelectronic Technology, Optoelectronic Display Technology, and Semiconductor Lighting Technology, and serves as the Executive Deputy Director of the National Virtual Simulation Experiment Center for Optoelectronic Materials and Devices. He has won 2 first prizes and 1 second prize of the Guangdong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education); 1 first prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award, and 1 third prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. His main research areas include the development of new display materials, TFT unit and array structure design, flexible display device fabrication, and printed electronic device fabrication. He has achieved a series of research results in the development of display device materials and device research. He has published more than 70 research papers in journals such as ACS Appl. Mat. Interfaces, J. Mater. Chem. C., Appl. Phys. Lett., IEEE EDL, and IEEE TED, among which more than 60 have been indexed by SCI and EI, with over 40 papers published as the first/corresponding author. He has applied for 60 invention patents. In the past 5 years, he has presided over 8 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects and participated in 7 projects including the National 863 Program, National Major Science and Technology Program, and Guangdong Provincial Major Science and Technology Program. He focuses on the research of oxide TFT devices and flexible printed TFT devices, with more than 100 scientific papers published. |
