Dr. Yu Cao has made significant advances in high-performance carbon nanotube (CNT) thin-film transistors and integrated systems. With strong backgrounds spanning academia and industry (Intel, CAS, PKU), he has developed scalable CNT-TFT fabrication techniques for active-matrix applications. His works showcase progress toward next-generation AMD technologies.
