Prof. Jin-Seong Park is a leading scholar in ALD-based oxide semiconductor TFTs and advanced atomic-layer processes for displays and semiconductors, serving as Professor and Chair at Hanyang University. He has published over 330 peer-reviewed papers (h-index 63, >22,000 citations) and filed more than 300 patents, with high industrial impact on AMOLED, DRAM, 3D NAND, and logic backplane technologies. He has been honored with the Merck Award & Merck Special Award, the KEIT President Award, and multiple IMID/SID/KIDS best-paper prizes for pioneering high-mobility and reliable oxide TFTs. With extensive invited and plenary talks at ALD, SID Display Week, IMID, IDW, and AVS, he is exceptionally well-positioned to deliver an ICDT AMD invited lecture that tightly links cutting-edge materials research to manufacturable display technologies.
