Nicolas Médard

Nicolas Médard is the EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Asia) Sales Manager at Attolight AG, a Swiss company renowned for its innovative quantitative Cathodoluminescence (qCL) solutions, catering to advanced materials science and semiconductor research. He earned his doctorate in Material Physico-Chemistry from the University of Maine in France in 2000.

Before joining Attolight, Nicolas co-founded Nanoraptor in 2003, a company specializing in novel optical characterization technology at the nanoscale. This venture later became Nanolane following a merger with the Eolane group. Over time, he transitioned from scientific roles to business development, first as Senior Applications Engineer in 2009 and subsequently as Executive General Manager of Nanolane in 2012. His extensive expertise includes product innovation, market development, and scaling high-tech solutions.

At Attolight, Nicolas actively contributes to both product promotion and innovative R&D, alongside spearheading industrial collaborations and projects.
