Alexander MuravskyProf. Alexander Muravsky graduated from the Physics Faculty of Belarusian State University (BSU), Belarus, in 2005. He received his PhD (2008) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong. He was the Head of ‘MTLCD lab.’ at the Institute of Chemistry of New Materials (IChNM) NAS Belarus, Belarus (2009-2022). He has been associate professor at the Physics Department of BSU since 2020. He is the director of private research unitary enterprise ‘MTLCD’, Belarus since 2014 and is the Head of 'MTLCD lab.', France since 2023. His main research interests are liquid crystal alignment materials and technologies, photoalignment, rod-coating technology, anisotropic optics, LC photonics and display devices. He is a member of the Society for Information Display (SID). |
