John Robinson

Dr. John Robinson is a Senior Principal Scientist at KLA Corporation in the Industry and Customer Collaborations group focusing on inflection solutions.   He is a thought leader of process control innovation in Moore's Law and more than Moore domains, has over 60 technical publications and 20 patents, and is a fellow of SPIE.
