YU CHEN

Prof. YU CHEN is currently the vice dean of School of Optoelectronic Science & Engineering at Soochow University. He is also the Executive Deputy Director of Key Lab of Advanced Optical Manufacturing Technology of Jiangsu Province. His research interests mainly include the synthesis, characterization, and mechanism study of nanomaterials, with focuses on novel luminescent materials, energy conversion materials, and efficient light emitting devices. He has published more than 40 academic papers in world-renowned journals, including Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Optical Materials, Small. He is also an adjunct Principle Investigator at National University of Singapore (Suzhou) Research Institute, Managing Editor of Functional Materials Letters, and Editorial Board Member of Materials Technology.
