So far, he has published more than 40 academic papers in international journals such as Opto Electronic Advances, Chemistry of Materials, Nano Energy, IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, etc., including 22 papers with first author or corresponding author, and the cumulative impact factor is more than 100. The impact factor is 17.881, 4 papers are greater than 9, 11 papers are above the second region of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and 5 national invention patents are authorized.
